The holder collects your personal data in order to proceed with your request for registration to the "Online Store" which enables you to view our available products. The holder reserves the right, on the basis of company policy, not to confirm registration for those who do not meet certain requirements. In this case, your personal data will be deleted.

With your consent, we will send you newsletters to keep you up to date with our products and events.

Personal data subject to processing

The personal data we collect in order to provide you with access to the online store are personal and contact details, including name and surname, e-mail, telephone number, address.

Nature of conferment

The provision of your personal data as described above is essential in order to proceed with registration. Failure to provide this information, or providing it in part or inexactly, will make it objectively impossible to proceed with registration.

Your data is shared with external companies and consultants who carry out specific activities on behalf of the data controller that are strictly related to the above-mentioned purposes, such as, for example: suppliers and managers of support services for computer systems.

Your data will be kept as long as your profile is active in the "On-line Warehouse" or until you request deletion using the link at the bottom of the email.

Unless restricted by law, you may exercise the following rights:

  • modification, correction and updating of the data
  • cancellation, restriction and opposition to processing
  • portability of data

How to exercise your rights

To exercise the rights listed above, simply send a request to the holder by writing to privacy_at_bagnara.net.

The exercise of the above rights is subject to the limits provided for by the GDPR.

The data controller may assess the legitimacy of your request after verifying your identity.

In order to provide you with an exhaustive reply, you must specify the processing and which of the above rights you intend to exercise. The data controller will reply within 30 days of receiving your request. This period may be extended by 60 days in view of the complexity of the request.

The right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority, if you think that the personal data processing is not compliant to GDPR. The complaint may also be submitted to a supervisory authority other than the Italian one, if that authority is that of the EU Member State in which you habitually reside or work or that of the place where the alleged infringement occurred.
