The Nūbēs collection is one out of three collections Bagnara presented at Marmomac 2024.
Designed by Draw Studio Nūbēs is crafted from polished Carbon Grey quartzite surfaces with embedded natural brass spheres, and polished Pannonia Grün surfaces with embedded carbon steel spheres.
The series of nine wall sculptures is born from an abstract exploration of cloud-like dots. Murmurations of moving particles fill the space, while stone surfaces imprison them, confining them to an enclosed space and freezing their positions in a single frame. A snapshot where space and time stand still, revealing a wide spectrum of compositions, forms, and meanings.
